ELLBÖGEN – ON THE WAY SOUTH
A place of picturesque beauty. Here, on the route where, in Roman times, salt was taken from the town of Hall over the Brenner and on to southern Europe, lie a myriad of little hamlets, dotted in a line like a string of pearls.

Situated at an elevation of over 1,000 metres on a sun-blessed spot high above the Wipptal valley and the River Sill, one of these hamlets is Ellbögen.
