In the village centre of Götzens itself, the eight-seater “Götzner Bahn” cable-car whisks you up in no time to the Pfriemesköpfl ski area from where you can continue on to the Mutterer Alm ski area. The village has its own ski school and ski rental shop. If you fancy a change from skiing, then Götzens has plenty to offer from ice-skating, to Alpine-style curling, to idyllic winter walks and lots more besides.

From spring until autumn the area has a wealth of beautiful walking and hiking trails. You can enjoy gentle, leisurely walks from one mountain hut to the next, or you can tackle a challenging summit or two. The programme of children’s activities at the Natterer See lake is free of charge for guests staying in Götzens – the ultimate holiday fun for kids of all ages!
