During the summer months, Grinzens is an ideal starting point for walks and hikes of various degrees of difficulty. The limestone massif of the Kalkkögel mountain range is close at hand, as are many scenic valleys from where you can hike to beautiful Alpine pastures and huts, or tackle a more challenging peak or two.
