Krampuslaufen in Igls and Patsch

Igler Art
Every year on the third weekend of the Advent season, artisans and artists open their workshops, ateliers and shops as part of the Igler Art weekend experience. Feel the laid-back atmosphere in which people look, browse, talk with artists, enjoy traditional Christmas bakery and the magical Christmas spirit of this charming small village.
Christmas in the Mountains
Held annually on 23rd December, 5:30pm at the village center of Igls.
Christmas carols are performed at the village square beneath the Christmas tree and in front of the crib. The evening parade takes place along a village route that begins in the heart of Igls at 6:00pm. The parade features some 200 angels, shepherds and animals, accompanying the sleigh with Mary, Joseph and the infant Jesus, choirs, marching bands, wind ensembles, and other festive entries. The Christmas in the Mountains Event draws to a close with the joint singing of "Silent Night, Holy Night", which is a gift to visitors of all ages.
Christmas Brass Band Concert
in Ellbögen
On the third Sunday of the Advent season the Brassband Ellbögen is playing Christmas songs at various mountain chapels in and around Ellbögen. A magical experience.
Christmas Concert in Patsch
Traditional Christmas musik played by the Brass Band Patsch on 26th December.
