Nestling amidst the beauty of the Stubai Alps with more than 25 peaks of over 2,000 metres and 20 summits that exceed the 3,000-metre mark, the little village of Kühtai offers a paradise for hiking enthusiasts. Crimson, pink and violet – in June, the meadows and mountainsides are transformed into a carpet of vibrant colours. The Sellraintal valley and Kühtai are renowned for their colourful splendour when the Alpine roses blossom in all their glory, when you can walk through a sea of blooms beneath a cloudless, blue sky and breathe in the crystal-clear air.
