The Alpine School in Innsbruck (ASI) offers an exciting and varied programme of guided walks and hikes throughout the summer months (free of charge). From sunrise hikes to torchlight walks – there’s something to suit everyone in Lans and the surrounding area.

The Igls-Lans Running Competence Centre comprises twelve running trails covering a total distance of 70 kilometres. The trails are suitable for gentle running and Nordic walking and there is a choice to suit all ability levels. During the summer months, joint running and Nordic walking tours are organised in Igls. Participation is free of charge for guests with the “Club Innsbruck Card”.
