Winter Holidays in Sellrain

Skiing at its highest level
A valley as beautiful as a nature reserve, a mountain range so close you can touch it – the Kühtai-Sellraintal ski area offers fun on the slopes at an elevation of up to 2,500 metres. Kühtai, Austria’s highest ski resort (with the exception of the glaciers), is a haven for skiers, snowboarders and freeskiers of all abilities. The three weatherproof four-seaters, as well as atwo-seater chair lift, six drag tows, an eight-seater cable-car and a “magic carpet” for beginners, render tedious lift queuing a thing of the past.
The area offers everything from challenging downhill runs to mountains that are perfect for backcountry ski tours, from immaculately groomed cross-country ski tracks to beautifully-maintained winter hiking trails and exhilarating toboggan runs. There are few greater pleasures imaginable than carving down the slopes of the Sellraintal valley under a perfect blue sky, the sun glistening on the snow. And a moonlight toboggan run or a torchlight hike also offer a magical experience.
Interactive ski map including snow report, lift opening times, slopes, toboggan runs, ice skating rinks, cross country tracks and winter hiking trails. Ski bus stops and restaurants.
