Follow the trail from Haggen to the Sonnberg, then walk in the alpine meadows to the Rossgrubensee. Under the Haggener and Peider wall to the saddle, 2591 m. From there on the ridge to the summit. You can overlook the Karwendel and the Stubai Alps. Descent as ascent path No. 47.
