Welcome to the highest village in the Sellraintal valley, welcome to the Mountaineering village St. Sigmund - Praxmar at an elevation of between 1,500 and 1,700 metres. Our tiny village, situated at a height where elsewhere only Alpine summer pastures are to be found, is home to 170 inhabitants – all year round. We don’t have a shop, a bank or a post office – and yet we love our little hamlet…
