The air quality in St. Sigmund - Praxmar has been proved to be of an outstanding quality, a welcome fact that is due to the village’s high-Alpine location. At altitudes of over 1,500 metres, the air is so clean that sufferers of hay fever and other pollen allergies often require no medication and can even sleep with the window open. Not even bed mites stand a chance at this altitude.
