Experience Unterperfuss
Unterperfuss is one of the smallest municipalities in the Tyrol. But here the people’s hearts are big and the hospitality is warm.
This is one of the main reasons that visitors enjoy coming to Unterperfuss. Another is undoubtedly the Rangger Köpfl, a superb hiking and skiing area right on the village’s doorstep. The Sellraintal valley, with its wide range of summer and winter activities, is also close by, as is the Axamer Lizum, a haven for hikers and ski enthusiasts. The famous Way of St. James also passes through Unterperfuss en route to Santiago de Compostela.
Another reason for the popularity of Unterperfuss is, without a doubt, its location on the sunny side of the Inn valley. The local campsite is connected to a beer brewery, and the popular Gasthof Inntal is a certified traditional Tyrolean inn.
But despite all the tranquillity and rural charm in Unterperfuss, you don’t have to forgo the urban flair of the city – if you’re in the mood for a shopping spree, a trip to the cinema or a spot of culture, then Innsbruck is just a fifteen-minute drive away, and is also easy to get to using public transport.
