Enjoy a city walk with iTour
Guided by Emperor Maximilian I and Andreas Hofer, you can now enjoy a lively, informative tour of an exceptional nature. Armed with a pocket-sized computer you are all set to strike out on your own and explore the city...
…and discover in addition to information on famous monuments and the history of the city, also amusing anecdotes about the protagonists and other important personalities featured in the history of Innsbruck. The pace of your personal tour and what sight you decide to explore first is yours for the choosing.

The iTour programme lasts approximately 60 minutes with 23 stages in total. The walking time for the complete tour is about 2 hours. Along the way, you will not only receive plenty of information, historical views and details about Innsbruck’s major attractions and many other historically important buildings and public squares, but also learn about the city’s history, stories and anecdotes, the fun way.

The iTour of the city of Innsbruck is now available in German and English for € 7.50 (up to 3 hours, price per day or 2nd headphones + € 2.50). You can hire the iTour from the Innsbruck Tourist Office at Burggraben 3.
