Sabrine Müller explains: "rideforyou has developed as my little "mantra", with which I would also like to motivate you to work on your strengths and weaknesses in mountain biking. As part of my guiding programmes, I want to support you and your riding technique in the best possible way in order to improve your personal skills and abilities in mountain biking. In my courses, I combine methods from experiential education with techniques from mental training. With this specially developed rideforyou approach, I would also like to activate you to achieve your personal peak performance in mountain biking.
