An easy bike tour from Telfs in the Inn Valley that leads up to the Mieming Plateau and then gently climbs at the foot of the Mieming Range from Wildermieming via Mieming and Obsteig to Arzkasten.
Start at Wendelinus car park in Telfs - take route 23 - continue past the Gerhardhof to Wildermieming - cross the Mieming Plateau, mostly on the Mieming Plateau Cycle & Savour route, to Obsteig-Arzkasten; option to continue via Weisland and Holzleiten to Nassereith
