One of the special highlights of this route is that you can extend it to include Lake Seeben (an additional 7 kilometres and 200 vertical metres). The last kilometre is steep and leads partially over coarse gravel and stony terrain. Key points along the route: Mieming – Gschwent – Arzkasten – Weisland – Marienbergalm – Biberwier – Ehrwald – Ehrwalder Alm – Gaistal – Seebensee – Leutasch – Buchener Höhe – Telfs/Sagl – St. Georgen – Emat – Gerhardhof – Wildermieming – Mieming.
