Convention city Innsbruck - we´re ready for your next event

In full support of the "meet safe – feel safe" campaign, our partners and service providers have developed and implemented their own Covid-19 action plans to provide event organisers and business partners with basic guidelines for their event planning.

PREVENTIVE MEASURES OF CONGRESS MESSE INNSBRUCK

PREVENTIVE MEASURES OF CONGRESS MESSE INNSBRUCK

With its Covid-19 Infrastructure Guide, the team at Congress Messe Innsbruck (CMI) offers an excellent overview of the current legal regulations, distancing rules and your role as an event organiser. The non-binding Covid-19 Infrastructure Guide published by CMI aims to enable event organisers to factor the infrastructural conditions at CMI venues into their Covid-19 risk analyses and incorporate them into their Covid-19 prevention concept. At the beginning of September, the Covid-19 Infrastructure Guide was successfully used at the first congress to be held post-lockdown. It was praised by both the organisation team and event participants

PREVENTIVE MEASURES IN THE HOTEL SECTOR

PREVENTIVE MEASURES IN THE HOTEL SECTOR

The boutique hotel "Das Innsbruck" run by the Innsbruck-based Ischia Family has set a good example by introducing clear rules for the safety and well-being of its guests. Guests can find out more about the preventive measures taken by the hotel before their stay by visiting the website of the boutique hotel "Das Innsbruck". These measures include allowing guests to keep pens after using them, disinfecting key cards and card terminals after every use, providing hand disinfectant in every room and all areas of the hotel and offering free room service for the consumption of beverages in rooms.

  • In cooperation with the Innsbrucker Verkehrsbetriebe (IVB), we offer conference and congress guests a customised special offer for the use of local public transport in the city centre (zone 1/Innsbruck).
  • Innsbruck Airport is also ready for departure again! Flights to Vienna, Amsterdam and London have returned to the flight schedule and once again connect Innsbruck with the rest of the world.
