Exhibition: "Carnival cuttings"
In the "Noaflhaus" Florian Pöschl shows in his exhibition "FasnachtsAusSchnitte" works that deal with the theme of his life - the carnival. For him, "Fasnacht" is not just an event that takes place every 5 years but a feeling, a way of life. The works that are now shown are linocut prints on paper. He puts thereby different levels one behind the other comparable with the scenery construction of the baroque stage and leads thereby the two-dimensional Linolschnitt into the three-dimensionality. This not only makes the works seem more lively, but also invites the viewer to take a closer look and explore the images. Completely in his sense - "The Fåsnacht lives and every day is" Fåsnacht".
The exhibition will be presented on 02.02. at 7.00 pm in the "Noaflhaus". It will then be on display from 03.02. to 29.04.2023 always Thursdays 2.00 pm - 5.00 pm, Fridays 5.00 pm - 8.00 pm and Saturdays 9.00 am - 12.00 pm with free admission. On 10.03. and 14.04. from 5.00 pm visitors have the possibility to go with the artist himself through the exhibition and to chat with him about art and carnival.
