
Yoga at Rapoldipark
Yoga is the combination of breathing, movement and stillness. In the nature surrounding us, our senses open up, gradually we come more and more into our centre, from which we draw strength for the further days. The group gives us support, creating a safe space. This yoga class is especially based on the rhythm of nature.
Please bring a mat or blanket, perhaps a pad, meditation cushion and something to drink.
