A central yet very quiet apartment for a maximum of 3 guests on the ground floor of a well-kept house. The apartment has a comfortable bedroom, a cosy open-plan kitchen and living area, a modern bathroom and a small garden terrace. The house is located near the "Götzner Felder" fields in the immediate vicinity of beautiful walking paths, hiking routes and a children's playground. The various shops and restaurants in the village centre of Götzens, the Nockspitzbahn gondola, the Ice Sport Centre and bus stops can all be reached on foot in under 10 minutes.Health and safety measures regarding Covid-19:

Pets are welcome WITH FREE CHARGE. Only a deposit of € 100 is required in cash for any damage. For dogs, food bowls and a cozy dog basket are available. We offer chassis service / dog trainers on request.
