The house is just 5 minutes from beautiful forest trails so you can enjoy the beautiful Tyrolean mountains to the fullest on foot or by mountain bike. On the edge of town, you will find the popular and renowned Martinswand, which is a rock face with climbing routes of all difficulty levels. In winter, you can get to the ski resorts of Seefeld, Oberperfuss or Axamer Lizum in 10-15 minutes.
