This wonderful villa with 300 m² of living space (divided into three stories) lies, well-protected, in the Neu Götzens district and can accommodate up to 8 people. Stylish and modern architecture as well as a luxurious interior and exterior design by renowned, international designers. Integrated kitchen area in the large living room, 70-inch HDTV and Bose sound system, as well as a separate, fully-equipped business area. Four individually decorated bedrooms, all with their own TV and en-suite bathrooms. One bathroom with an integrated wellness and relaxation area as well as a private terrace that is not overlooked. A gym with various high-quality equipment, a punching bag, weights, yoga mats and a separate terrace with a view of the forest. A 1000 m² garden with a sun terrace, a stainless steel pool, a shady wood and stone pavilion, a fire pit with an outdoor kitchen and much more. A large integrated double garage with separate house access as well as a large forecourt for parking right in front of the villa. The whole property is under video surveillance.
