Our apartments are equipped with modern furnishings and all the latest comforts. The two buildings that make up the 3-Seen apartment building are framed by the impressive backdrop of the Sellrain Valley mountains and located right next to the ski slopes in the heart of Kühtai. This allows you to fully experience the special magic of the region starting right from your apartment. Our goal is to make you feel almost as if you are surrounded by your own four walls during your stay in our apartments in Kühtai. The facilities meet the highest standards and provide a stylish, modern setting for your stay. The 3-Seenhaus is an open, contemporary and design-conscious facility that sits at an impressive altitude of 2,000 metres above sea level and provides a charming contrast to the older, aristocratic hotel building. The scents of larch and comfort are in the air – a sensual, architectural masterpiece offering holiday apartments right by the 3-Seenlift chairlift.
