The property is located at an altitude of 1,400 metres above sea level, right next to the lift station at the top of the Bergbahnen Oberperfuss gondola. On the first floor of the house, there is an apartment for five people, which has two double rooms, one with an extra bed. The accommodation is ideal for winter holidaymakers: it offers direct access to the ski slopes and toboggan run and has an in-house ski rental shop. In summer, the house is a great starting point for hikes and bike tours. The views are magnificent year round!
