The house is located in a very quiet, upmarket residential area. The flat has a separate entrance. It is located in the basement, but is flooded with daylight through the continuous window fronts in all rooms.
Ideal starting point for hikes or bicycle tours directly from the property. There are also very good connections to the old town, either on foot (approx. 20 minutes) or by bus (7-minute journey to the city centre, bus stop 5 minutes away).
