This child-friendly private guesthouse and farm is set in a very quiet location on the outskirts of Silz, directly on the Inn Cycle Path. The guesthouse offers a double room with a TV. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. Breakfast is served in the breakfast room, which has a sofa and TV and can also be used as a guest lounge.The guesthouse also has a non-smoking apartment that can accommodate two to four people. The apartment has a traditional tiled Austrian stove and a bedroom that is furnished with a double bed and TV. The living/dining area has a kitchenette, a dining table and a sofa bed (140 x 210 cm).
In front of the building, there is a sunny dining area where guests are welcome to relax and enjoy. A free car park is located in front of the property and there is also a storage area for bikes, skis and other sports equipment.
