The apartment is located in the village centre of Völs, just 2 minutes from a grocery store and the bus stop to the centre of Innsbruck. There is a hiking trail behind the building. Cyta shopping centre is also within walking distance and there are fantastic ski areas close by.

An underground car parking space is included in the price of your stay. The apartment is located in the centre of Völs in a wooden residential complex built in 2021. The accommodation includes a spacious bedroom and a cosy living area with a fully equipped kitchen. You can enjoy a good cup of coffee thanks to the Nespresso machine. There is also a balcony where you can sit back and relax. A beautiful bathroom completes the living experience.

The market town of Völs is only 7 minutes from Innsbruck by car. A stunning cycle path leads right along the River Inn to Innsbruck, which is a wonderful place for a stroll. The apartment (Top 12) is on the second floor. You can get there from the main entrance of the building either by walking up a few stairs or by taking the lift. In the basement, there is a lockable bike room and a storage unit where you can keep your sports equipment.
