Unlimited holiday fun with our welcome cards. You will receive a WELCOME CARD with a stay of at least one night at selected partner companies in the Innsbruck region. You can choose from the following products:

Welcome Card

You will receive a WELCOME CARD with a stay of at least one night at participating accommodation providers in the Innsbruck region.

Welcome Card Plus

You will receive the Welcome Card PLUS with a stay of at least three nights at selected partner companies. This card entitles you to additional free services and discounts

Welcome Card winter

Guests staying even for just one night in the Innsbruck holiday region receive the WELCOME CARD from participating accommodation providers.

Public transport (except public transport in Innsbruck)

The Welcome Card acts as a valid ticket on the following bus lines between the specified route sections. Tickets are required for trips that go beyond the free section. Present your WELCOME CARD and enjoy free travel on selected VVT buses within the Innsbruck holiday destination area. This free service does not apply to the City of Innsbruck (all inner city transport provided by IVB).

Cable cars free for hikers and togobbanists:

Oberperfuss lifts (Peter Anich sections I + II) - Oberperfuss

No direct access at the turnstile on lifts/cable cars. Please ask for ticket at the ticket office.

Welcome Card PLUS winter

Partner companies issue the WELCOME CARD PLUS for stays of three nights or more, which includes additional free or discounted ascents and descents on selected lifts / cable cars. Please enquire before arrival if your accommodation provider is a partner.

From 1 May 2020, guests on holiday in the Innsbruck region who are staying for a minimum of two nights will be able to use all public transport within the area covered by the Innsbruck Tourist Board for free with the Welcome Card.  As a guest, you receive this guest card for the Innsbruck region directly from your accommodation provider. It includes numerous benefits and discounts and is also your ticket for buses and trains between the individual destinations within the Innsbruck region and for all public transport within the city.
