SAFE SERVICE is our top priority

Tourism in Tyrol is focusing on certified safety – and we're on board: For the winter season 2020/2021, we are using the "SAFE SERVICE" learning app as
a modern training tool for our employees. Our company has successfully completed digital training on safety topics such as protective measures, distancing rules, hygiene and contactless customer experiences.

Although the coronavirus regulations help to ensure safety, they are also complex and constantly being amended and updated.

This is why our company uses the SAFE SERVICE learning app. Our employees have completed training in the following areas:

Protective measures in contact with guests
Distancing rules
Hygiene & cleanliness
Personal hygiene
Contactless customer experiences
Situational rules of conduct

CERTIFIED BY THE ECONOMIC CHAMBER

We have therefore been awarded the SAFE SERVICE certificate by the Commerce and Tourism Industry Sector of the Tyrol Economic Chamber.

SAFE SERVICE is a fully Tyrolean solution: the initiative is supported by Tirol Werbung and the learning app was produced by the Innsbruck-based company duftner.digital, which has been acquiring expertise in the field of digital knowledge management with the Institute of Microtraining for ten years.

INTUITIVE LEARNING

The SAFE SERVICE app is a modern solution that takes an important step towards the main goal of being a responsible host. If regulations are amended, we remain flexible because the learning content of the app can be continuously updated in accordance with the latest statutory conditions and communicated to employees in real time via the push function.

All of the information provided by the app is structured based on state-of-the-art methodological and didactic approaches: the quiz-like learning cards feature images, videos and podcasts to facilitate intuitive learning.
