SAFE SERVICE is our top priority
Tourism in Tyrol is focusing on certified safety – and we're on board: For the winter season 2020/2021, we are using the "SAFE SERVICE" learning app as
a modern training tool for our employees. Our company has successfully completed digital training on safety topics such as protective measures, distancing rules, hygiene and contactless customer experiences.
Although the coronavirus regulations help to ensure safety, they are also complex and constantly being amended and updated.
This is why our company uses the SAFE SERVICE learning app. Our employees have completed training in the following areas:
- Protective measures in contact with guests
- Distancing rules
- Hygiene & cleanliness
- Personal hygiene
- Contactless customer experiences
- Situational rules of conduct
