Eco friendly travel in the Innsbruck region

The motto: public transport instead of a car! That way, travelling can be sustainable. Not only that, but it’s also convenient thanks to the well-organised public transport network and the fact you can use it for free with our cards. Did you know that Innsbruck’s main train station is in the centre of the city? Perfect for travelling by train. On this page, we’ll show you some environmentally-friendly ways to get around. Because transport is currently responsible for up to 70 percent of CO2 emissions.

A sightseeing card that is available to purchase: for 24, 48 or 72 hours. The card includes 22 attractions, two mountain lifts and all public transport in the city, as well as the hop-on hop-off bus, three hours of city bike rental and the Swarovski Crystal Worlds shuttle.

The Welcome Card

A free guest card provided with stays of 2 nights or more at partner establishments in the Innsbruck region. The card includes free public transport in the city of Innsbruck and the surrounding region, the Guided Active Programme and many discounts. Paid upgrade possible.

The SKI plus CITY pass

The perfect purchase when combining a city trip with a ski holiday: valid at 13 ski resorts and 23 attractions. Ideal for short trips and long holidays: simply choose a validity period ranging from 2 to 21 days.
