Hotel Restaurant Mellaunerhof serves local cuisine made with regional products. Dry-cured ham is produced in-house using the traditional smoking process. The "Old Smokehouse" stretches up through the middle of the building from the ground floor right up to the top. Products produced in the smokehouse ("Karreespeck" dry-cured pork loin, streaky bacon, ham and sausages) are sold at the Mellaunerhof farm shop. Coach parking is available.
