This leisurely circular hike takes us from the picturesque village of Wildermieming, through the idyllic Anger Valley to the Gerhardhof, where it is possible to stop for a break and a bite to eat. The small streams, sparse woodland and alpine meadows dotted with the first colourful flowers of the year will fill you with the joys of spring. On the way back, the route passes farm shops where you can buy local products.
Arrival, public transport
The starting point can be reached from the Inn Valley. From Telfs or Mötz, drive up to the village of Affenhausen on the Mieming Plateau. At the petrol station, turn off towards Wildermieming and continue to the Gemeindeamt (town hall). You can park in the car park there. Bus 350 or 355 - stop "Wildermieming Affenhausen" (an approx. 15-minute walk to the town hall in Wildermieming) www.vvt.at
