The starting point is at the Römerstraße, cross it and follow the Lanser Alm trail. On a forest path, the trail climbs steadily in serpentines to the catered Lanser Alm with its beautiful sun terrace and magnificent view of the Nordkette mountain range opposite.

Alternatively, the Ochsensteig trail leads steeply uphill to the Lanser Alm.

Tip: If you prefer a more leisurely hike, take the Patscherkofel cable car to the mountain station and hike downhill from there to the Lanser Alm in around 30 minutes.

Forecast

Our region is at the heart of a large area of low pressure! What sounds dramatic here will turn out to be harmless: the conditions in the centre of a low are always more stable and calmer than in marginal areas. The day will therefore bring more bright spells and less frequent thunderstorms than yesterday.

Tendency

The trend is positive: even if there is still little change expected for tomorrow, a new area of high pressure will mark the beginning of an improvement on Thursday.
