Long-distance walking in style
The Via Alpina unites many long-distance walking routes into one great hiking experience. The route begins in Monaco and goes through eight countries in total on its way to Trieste – a walking route through the Alps from their beginning to their end. Naturally, this route passes through the Innsbruck area, taking in the Karwendeltal valley and the picturesque Großer Ahornboden before ending in Schwaz in the Inn Valley. The whole Via Alpina consists of 342 stages, all of which can freely chosen and tailored to suit your own desires. Along the way, you'll experience beautiful nature, and collect fantastic impressions and wonderful walking memories.
