Today, small pressure differences will determine the weather scene, which means that the air will become stationary and that neither high nor low pressure will be dominant. Our weather will therefore be neither fish nor fowl: longer sunny spells and cloudy periods will alternate, with showers being very rare. The wind will be weak at all altitudes and temperatures will be around the seasonal average.
From tomorrow, we can look forward to a very sunny period!
Warning: closed! From the car park in Grünberg, the route turns right over a small bridge and then follows the road until a forest track appears on the left, signposted with "Weisland/Holzleiten". Follow the track, then cross highway number 189 and turn onto the wide forestry road towards Arzkasten. After Arzkasten guesthouse, keep left towards Weisland/Holzleiten, past a small chapel, and then turn right onto the tarmaced road through Bachtal towarsd Aschland. From here, the route is steep and curvy towards Nassereith. Shortly before reaching Nasserreith, turn left at the junction, go over a wooden bridge, join the old highway, and follow the hairpin bends uphill towards Holzleiten. From here, turn left to return to Weisland, Arzkasten and the car park in Grünberg.Tip - an especially impressive scenic route in autumn when the larch woods reveal their rich colours.
