The majority of runs at Axamer Lizum are rated easy or intermediate but there are also two black slopes for experts. The resort is easy to navigate, even if you’re not familiar with the area: all of the runs end at the bottom of the Olympiabahn lift or at the Axamer Lizum carpark.
Boarders are often faced with having to unclip on connecting runs. But this isn’t the case at Axamer Lizum where the pistes all maintain a gentle slope. For a bit of extra fun, the resort also offers a few spectacular natural jumps and a fun park featuring rails, tables and lots of additional obstacles.
Food and drink on the mountain
Axamer Lizum offers great culinary highlights to accompany winter sports fun. Enjoy delicious food and drink at the rustic mountain huts or at the panoramic Hoadl Haus restaurant and Hoadl bar, located 2,340 metres above sea level. The Hoadl Haus boasts the largest covered sun terrace in Austria. Chilled music, sun loungers and pure sunshine invite you to leave all of your cares behind.
