With high pressure weakening, a shallow, thundery low from France is tracking towards our region. The day will start just like the previous day, pleasant and calm. In the afternoon, though, it will become increasingly muggy with cumulus clouds thickening to give thunderstorms before the evening.

This route starts in Igls and heads towards Patsch, passing the former Thurn-und-Taxis postal station, before going along the little-travelled Römerstraße with its wonderful views of the Europabrücke and the Stubaier Alps.
