High pressure has declined to such an extent that turbulence will be able to penetrate into our region. These disturbances are going to be so weak, however, that they will only bring some clouds and no showers.
Tomorrow, after the dissipation of the cloudy remnants, the weather will be pleasant overall. The sky will however not be cloudless as a new, strong low over England will send us its first harbinger, a few banks of clouds.
The village of Rum is about 5 km from Innsbruck. For this reason, the sledge trail is easily reachable by car or with the IVB bus route "A". Being situated close to the town, the sledge trail is popular and therefore used a lot. the ascent can be made over large parts of the trail using alternative routes. The starting point is at the Rumer Alm (1,243 m). The trail then leads past the Enzianhütte (1,041 m) and back to the car park or the Canisiusbrünnl guest house (739 m) in Hoch-Rum T.+43 (0)512 261203. Altitude difference: 504 m Length: 3.9 km Hiking time arount 90 minutes Free parking is available at the "Naturpark Karwendel" car park in Hoch-Rum. There is a possibility to rent sledges at the Rumer Alm.
