A strong low pressure area is situated over the Bay of Biscay at the moment. It will slowly extend to the Alps, but will not reach us before tomorrow. With warm air from the Sahara moving in at the front of the system, foehn winds will pick up. We will therefore see a dry mix of sunshine and clouds with relatively high temperatures for the season.
On Tuesday a cold front will bring cooler air to our region. It will mostly be cloudy with locally heavy precipitation. Wednesday will mark the end of the snowfall.
The Imperial Palace can be entered through the yard. Opposite of Café Sacher is a small ramp leading to a bell marked with a wheelchair symbol. Please ring the bell. The door will be opened and a wheelchair lift will take you to the foyer. From there, another lift will take you to the exhibition halls. There are two accessible toilets and the exhibition halls are also fully accessible.
