A strong low pressure area is situated over the Bay of Biscay at the moment. It will slowly extend to the Alps, but will not reach us before tomorrow. With warm air from the Sahara moving in at the front of the system, foehn winds will pick up. We will therefore see a dry mix of sunshine and clouds with relatively high temperatures for the season.
On Tuesday a cold front will bring cooler air to our region. It will mostly be cloudy with locally heavy precipitation. Wednesday will mark the end of the snowfall.
From the start at Hungerburg walk to the west towards Gramart after about 500 m you will reach a small path down to Höttinger Höhenstraße. After a short walk along the road the trail will continue on a steep forest path below Hungerburg. Then follow the gently inclining forest paths to the east until reaching the cross roads and Hungerburgweg. On level ground, Hungerburgweg will take you back to the start in the west.
