Low pressure has spread over Europe; in addition to that, cold, humid air is moving into our region! As this humid air is arriving from the north, it is building up here on the north side of the Alps. The weather conditions will therefore be unstable on Saturday: We will see heavy cloud with occasional snowfall.
The next few days will not bring any significant changes in the weather. Humid, cool air masses will keep pushing into our region from the north. Thick clouds will produce snowfall.
Start at St. Martin's parish church in Gries im Sellrain and walk along the road next to Marendebach, then continue along a forest path to the Grubach farms. Along the path there are three boards with information about having, losing and regaining. After the Grubach farms there is a road to Duregg, from there turn left and follow a forest path to Perfall where you will find more information on the Good Shepherd. From Perfall there's a path to St. Quirin past an old which is the perfect place to take a rest. 20 m past the parish on the right-hand side starts the descent to Sellrain along the Way of the Cross which was renovated in 2005.
