Forecast

High pressure has declined to such an extent that turbulence will be able to penetrate into our region. These disturbances are going to be so weak, however, that they will only bring some clouds and no showers.

Tendency

Tomorrow, after the dissipation of the cloudy remnants, the weather will be pleasant overall. The sky will however not be cloudless as a new, strong low over England will send us its first harbinger, a few banks of clouds.

KPark – the snow park that conquers freestylers' hearts!

The ski area of Kühtai is located over 2,000 m above sea level and is an approx. 45 minute drive from the city of Innsbruck, which is the capital of the state of Tyrol. The renowned KPark covers 400 m in length and is located by the Alpenrosenlift t-bar and the Hohen Mut Bahn chairlift.

The KPark enjoys an excellent location within eyeshot of the car park and riders can get to the entrance within minutes by taking the park lift.

The KPark is divided into four areas: a slopestyle area, a superpipe, a KidsPark/BeginnersPark and a ski & snowboard cross track.

The superpipe is our highlight in the KPark at 7.2 m high, 140 m long and 20 m wide. It is also an attractive event venue, hosting events such as the finale of the Shred Down German & Austrian Masters and Europe's only Public Opel Superpipe Night Session. Stars such as Shaun White and Terje Haakonsen have also trained here.

The slopestyle area offers a variety of creative obstacles (down rail, double-kink rail, funbox, wall ride feature) and focusses on a medium line.

The new KidsPark/BeginnersPark was opened in 2014/15 to provide a place where beginners can get a taste of freestyle in a safe way. The ski & snowboard cross track features lots of rollers and jumps and is perfect for anyone who wants to go fast and hit small obstacles.

Behind the scenes, the Air + Style team are always working on new concepts, improving structures and leveraging synergies to lift the KPark up to a new and unprecedented level.

Quality, variety and fun is the KPark crew's mantra. We want every rider to have a great season.
