During the next few days it will be warm, but with the air becoming quite sultry at times occasional thunderstorms may occur, especially in the late afternoon and evening.

Join the search for alpine highlights and discover the most beautiful mountains around Innsbruck. Qualified mountain and hiking guides from ASI Reisen take care of your safety and well-being, while sharing their mountain expertise and many Tyrolean natural highlights that will leave you wanting more.

AlpinSchule information for dog owners:

ASI is dog friendly – however, despite our love of dogs, we ask for your understanding that we cannot accept dogs on our walks out of consideration for fellow hikers.

As diverse as the Tyrolean mountains

Discover the breathtaking variety of this alpine paradise up close on a 3-4 hour hiking tour. Dense forests, majestic peaks and the magic of nature combined with exciting Tyrolean myths and legends make every hiking experience a true delight.

Mountaineering skills are not required but participants should be in good physical condition. The free mountain hiking programme is also suitable for seniors and children over the age of eight. Hikes take place in all weather conditions so please make sure to bring weatherproof clothing and sun cream.

Hiking highlights with qualified mountain and hiking guides

Have you already experienced a sunrise in the mountains? Feel your spirits soar as the first rays shine over the peaks and drench the mountain slopes in a golden light.

On Fridays, the mountain and hiking guides from the AlpinSchule Innsbruck (ASI) lead hikers up to a wonderful viewpoint on the Rangger Köpfl to experience the full beauty of an alpine sunrise.

How to take part in the free mountain hiking programme

A hiking bus runs from Innsbruck and the surrounding holiday villages.
