The Lüsens Alm is a mountain hut that still produces traditional alpine specialities. Guests can sample these delicacies during a visit to the hut. The farmers produce a selection of alpine farm products and also make fresh milk, home-made butter, buttermilk and cheese at their alpine dairy. Culinary tradition that tastes delicious.
The Lüsens Alm is located at an altitude of over 1,600 metres above sea level in the village of Lüsens near the mountaineering villages in the Sellrain valley. Gries im Sellrain is situated at the entrance to the Lüsens Valley and the hike from there takes approx. two and half hours. The route from the hamlet of Praxmar, on the other hand, takes half an hour. Both hikes are easy.
