Thomas and Sandro are a young, dynamic team who want to bring more culinary life back to Rinn and its surroundings. For this reason, they have decided to create the Rinner Platzl. In Austrian dialect, the term ‘Platzl’ originally refers to a small, usually sheltered, square or place. Today, the word is often used in a figurative sense to describe a place where people like to spend time or take a break. True to this use of the word, the Platzl should be a place for everyone, a ‘Platzl’ to feel good and linger for hikers, families, holidaymakers and locals. The menu includes homemade cakes and snacks as well as hot dishes.
