Forecast

The weather is barely changing at the moment. An area of low pressure lies over Central Europe and is heading slowly east. There will be sunny spells in the morning, and then the cloud will thicken and cause thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening.

Tendency

During the following days, we should lower our expectations of the weather! The general weather situation will not change and even more humid air masses will move into Central Europe.

Attention: Due to the deep snowpack the Nordkette Singletrail will first open in early/mid June for summer 2019.

The Arzler Alm Trail is an intermediate-level single trail with plenty of jumps and small variations that can be quite challenging. Start is approximately 300 metres east of Arzler Alm alpine hut, where the forestry road meets the Mühlauer spring. The first section to the avalanche wall offers continuous gradient changes, steep curves and some jumps. The second section goes from the avalanche wall directly into the city. Here, the terrain is even more varied, with longer, steeper curves, tight turns, blind summits, narrow cuttings and rocky ground. After approximately 400m in altitude difference, and 3km of trail, the route ends directly in the Innsbruck suburb of Mühlau.
