Forecast

Today will again be very mild for the season. It is uncertain, however, if the weather will remain dry. The foehn winds, which are responsible for these warm temperatures, will weaken during the day and die away completely between midday and the evening, most likely in the early afternoon. As a consequence, dense cloud will develop and produce showers.

Tendency

On Wednesday Thursday, Friday and Saturday neither high pressure nor low pressure will be dominant. The weather will remain bright to cloudy and dry.

From the Pfaffenhofer Alm, follow the signposts for 'Narrenkopf'. This walk takes you to the left from the gorge and along the steep slopes to the corrie's edge. Follow the signposts and head along the ravine until you reach the end of the corrie, then the winding path to the saddle, before heading right to the summit of the Narrenkopf. The peak has two crosses: the original is the one at the back, marking the mountain's highest point.
