Forecast

The current area of low pressure will leave us! The cloudy remnants will clear during the morning and we will get a few hours of bright and clear weather. Already by the afternoon, new clouds will build and probably produce some showers.

Tendency

During the next few days it will be warmer, but with the air becoming quite sultry at times occasional thunderstorms may occur, especially in the late afternoon and evening.

The Nockspitzbahn lift is part of the Muttereralmpark ski resort, hiking area and leisure destination (summer). The lift runs from the village of Götzens (868 m) to a middle station above the Götzner Berghöfe (1,060 m) and then straight on up to Pfriemesköpfl (1,800 m). At the top of the lift, there's a panoramic igloo bar with stunning views of the Saile (Nockspitze) mountain and the valley below.

There are plenty of parking spaces at the bottom of the lift. Bike rental is available from the bottom lift station in summer and the building is also home to the "Auf an Sprung" cafe and restaurant.

The Nockspitzbahn lift has been open in summer since 2016, much to the delight of hikers and any downhiller racers who want to put their skills to the test on the singletrack.
