Un cuidado y variado camino forestal lleva al refugio de Kreither Alm. A lo largo del camino, posibilidad de hacer un descanso y reponer fuerzas en la fonda Gasthof Stockerhof. Desde el refugio de Kreither Alm, el camino continua dirección norte hasta el refugio Raitiser Alm (sin servicio de restauración) y el refugio Muttereralm o el valle de Stubai.
