La ruta de alta montaña Oberhofer Höhenweg lleva del valle Sellraintal al valle del río Inn. Hay dos posibles puntos de salida: en Zirmbachalm, cerca de Kühtai, o en el aparcamiento/parada de autobús, entre los túneles protectores de aludes en la carretera nacional L13. La ruta lleva por un sendero estrecho hasta la brecha Flaurlinger Scharte a 2.400 metros de altitud. Por el valle Inntail el camino lleva hasta Oberhofer Melkalm, a unos 1.700 metros de altitud. Aquí se observan unas vistas fantásticas sobre el valle, pero no hay que perder tiempo, no hay posibilidad de pernoctación. Descenso de Oberhofer Melkalm a la localidad de Oberhofen.
