Route naar het startpunt
Uitdagende bergloop langs de Innsbrucker almen omhoog naar de Seegrube.
Vanaf het startpunt Hungerburg voert dit moeilijke berg(hard)looptraject langs de „3er Schipiste“, in het begin nog in een bescheiden stijging, later steeds steiler wordend tot aan de Umbrüggler Alm. Vanaf daar gaat het via bergpaden omhoog naar de Höttinger Alm. Op het nu volgende enige vlakke stuk van het traject naar de Bodenstein Alm heeft u kort de tijd om nieuwe energie op te doen, om de zeer steile eindklim van de Bodenstein alm omhoog naar de Seegrube te overwinnen.
